There is nothing you can do to make your mustache thicker and fuller, it's entirely genetics.
As for the goatee, trim it or shave it entirely.

Is this acceptable or should I just shave it off?

I got an electric trimmer for Christmas and I'm still learning to use it, so that's why it looks a little sloppy on the sides there, didn't touch my moustache because I think it looks better fuller, but idk

I am no expert, but the overall look is nice.

I'd even grow the beard longer and trim it into a more rectangular shape to make your jaw appear wider.

If you combed your moustache hairs out toward your cheeks instead of down over your lip then the moustache would appear fuller. Also, there are hairs that will continue to grow in at a slower rate over time. If you use a trimmer and trim it back then the moustache will appear at a more uniform thickness. At first grow it out though, and comb it out to the sides.

While my hair naturally grows to a connected circle beard with the moustache curving down at the edges yours does not connect. As much as you imagine a particular style your genetics play a part in determining which style actually suits you naturally. Go with it, trim a little here and there and forget about it.
