Hey, I usually wear a 9 1/2 to 10 sneaker size. I have those same pairs in your picture in a size 9 1/2.

Half-size down cause I'm nice.
>wear a 13 sneaker
>all Red Wing boots seem to go from 12 to 13 with no 12.5
feels bad man

Wear 9.5 toms and 9 in Red Wing 10877
Probably about the same as your sneaker size, but there's no substitute for walking into a brick and mortar store and trying them on, seeing how they feel.
Shoes are one thing that MUST fit right, or you can fuck up your feet.

I wear nike and adidas in size 10 us, converse and vans in 9 us, i wear read wings (iron ranger) in size 8,5 us - they run big just like wolverine and timberland as example.
Whatever you do, don't follow the common mindset that you have to go for tight fit at the beginning because they will "stretch" or whatever leather shoe pseudo-aficionado's tell you.
The boot should never feel small and uncomfortable, not even in the beginning. If it does, it's not the right boot for you. It will stretch but not enough to make a size or a half-a-size too small fit you perfectly. Go for what feels comfortable and right out of the box.
