Will late 19th century ever see a mainstream revival, particularly hats?
I refuse to dress fashionably as long as skinny jeans are en vogue.

The problem is, these clothes are intended to be worn by actual men, of whom we have fewer and fewer.

Probably not as the main distinction compared to Edwardian is the extremely high gorge and attendant ridiculous-to-modern-eyes button stance, e.g. your own pic.
On the other hand, you can wear Edwardian cuts and look sharp *now*, it's jsut that nobody will realize that's what they are.
Skip the hats, except possibly for the homburg.

There is a whole culture of people dressing vintage, mostly it's 1920's - 1960's, but alot of them have some victorian and/or Edwardian ensembles. The frock coat (described as Prince Albert Coat in OP picture) is pretty dead, but the saque/lounge coat (in OP picture) is not that anachronistic.
