Go out have fun with clothes and try things for yourself OP, we can't do all the work for you, seriously.
Any pair of brown boots will do the trick, if after 3 months you realise you made a bad choice and there are better options, then you sell/donate the old boots and get some new ones. Maybe even then you'll want other shoes than boots, maybe you'll realize that those pants are not for you, I don't know.
Any military-associated jacket will do the trick, just try some stuff, alpha industries, surplus, thrift shops, grailed.
I suggest you leave /fa/ and get some experience for yourself. Personally, since I live in Paris I'm often seeing military people in the streets and they were giving me weird or angry looks when they saw me wearing camo jackets and rangers, it changed my mind, and now I'm into something else. If you want some more advice please ask away.
