Don't buy anything from Zara if you want it to last you a few seasons. Even though Express may have temptingly "well-fit" (read: stretchy) shirts, they are unflattering, will look too shiny in photographs and wear very badly.

Polo is a diffusion line, don't bother with it. For the same money you can get a shirt that fits well from BR or J Crew without a fucking pony on it

If you live in a city in Canada with a J. Crew (Toronto/GTA , Ottawa, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary), you have a good chance of finding a good tailor. Literally just look up yelp reviews for a tailor who speaks enough English and ask him/her to help you.
