No, but I have gotten rocks at a store a down the mall from Nordstrom for that price and even over a hundred dollars. Mind you, they were semi precious stones and fossils for display at home and as wearable jewelry.

In all seriousness though, you know some dude just looked at all the leather scraps in their workshop and said "Yeah fuck it let's wrap some rocks in this shit and see who buys it".
I mean it's not like it's labor intensive or anything, that's like the most basic type of stitching imaginable and I fucking learned how to do a stitch like that back in fucking elementary school when we were making paper animals stuffed with cotton balls.
