Short answer: yes.

Long answer: they not just produce great movements, they also sell them for cheap and export them to pretty much every other brand that doesn't make their own.

Chances are your Boss, Armani, etc. watch has the same japanese movement that can be found in a japanese watch at half the price. So you're literally only paying for the name. And the name only matters to people who know nothing about watches.

If you like the style of the one in the OP pic then I suggest Citizen, I think they have quite a few like that in their collection. Or pic related.
