Where is body hair not to be touched on a males body in terms

I only trim pubes and gooch. Shave/trim face and head hair. Everything else can be kept.

I've got a lot of hair on my upper arms, shaving it looks like shit, because the hair grows out sideways, so if I shave it, the roots of the hairs are like dark spots all over my arm. Would you recommend waxing it? Or should I let it be and keep my sand nigger arms?
