How do I go about creating a t-shirt with a custom repeated pattern. I have the pattern illustrated digitally but I just need to know how I can actually make a shirt with the pattern on it.

How could I just make a fabric out of the pattern though? I'd like to design the shirt from scratch and add my own tags/logos.
