Yeah I do, I just keep my own hair long (just past my shoulders so I can tie it back if necessary since the CI stops you tucking hair behind your ear). Works better with curly/thick hair. It's true that most people won't notice it (except kids for some reason) but it's nice to not be visibly deaf.
