In your opinion, what are the three countries with the best fashion sense? You can also include your own nationality and an honorable mention if you want to. I'm German and my ranking would be:
1) Japan
2) Italy
3) France
Honorable mention: South Korea

I live in Japan. You're really only talking about Tokyo - other cities are admittedly great places to be but the great fashion is mostly just in there.

I also currently live and travel in Japan. I'm in Kyoto right now and have to say people are also well dressed. Maybe not in a Tokyo sense, but still so much better than most other places.

I've lived all over the world except africa and asia, I don't think you can really go with which country is effay, you would have to go with city and even then it's really hard to pin point which city is the most effay. For instance I live in London now and I see some very well dressed people when I am in Central London but outside of that it kind of shit. Copenhagen seemed pretty effay but outside Copenhagen it could be shit. When it boils down to it a population with more money will tend to be more effay but that doesn't mean some kid out of Abidjan won't have more style and shit all over most people in Denmark.

Agree with this. I've never traveled to Europe or Africa, but I've lived all over North America and traveled around Asia. You pretty much have to pick a city, and you can't pick a country. Example, I wouldn't say Canada is remotely fashionable as a whole, but Montreal is alright.
Everyone looked nice in Seoul when I went. It was below freezing when I went there, and people remained fashionable. People wouldn't zip up their coats or anything and would just hold hand warmers.
i live in belgium and most is just shit. couple of ok designers but that's it.
