I think walking is effay, but how can a human bean walk for an hour straight without a negative impact on the body?
for example, my back starts hurting after the first 10 minutes, adjusting the messenger bag makes me uncomfortable and stressed etc.
What do you think about walking?

just relax. maybe get a backpack, messenger backs (especially the type that hang to your waist level) aren't good. get a really high "messenger back" or a backpack, if its not winter or later autumn or early spring then wear shorts so you dont get sweaty, and have a nice time.
