i shampoo my hair once every 2 weeks. When i was a teenager nopoo worked great and everyone asked me why my hair looked so good. now it doesn't work that way.

I just shampoo once a week, and shower with body wash / conditioner every other day. Pretty workable. Not sure if this is technically "no poo" but i've had no issues.

If I don't actually shampoo my hair and leave it for days (and weeks), my hair becomes fucking oily as shit, stinks...and in general just doesn't feel good.
