Will we ever see a resurgence in traditional dress? And by that I don't mean the periodical revival of 60s/70s/80s/90s fashion, but one we can identify as being historical. For instance, take fur coats. They are aesthetically pleasing, but either criminals, pimps, PETAfags and rappers have all conspired to ruin it. The shit we see on the runaways or on the street is tasteless and pales in comparison to fashion trends predating the early 20th century.
A return to traditional attire from the 10-13 century would be interesting. For me, at least. It depends where you are from.

Greek shit is the way to go, can be elegant or used in a way that lets the wearer be athletic
>tfw i will never be royalty in the 1400s wearing beaver fur cloaks, long flowing dresses, and ruby jewels while peasants look up to me in constant awe
why
Elaborately decorated menswear with breeches preferably.
It annoys me to no end that men basically have no choices anymore other than plain dark-colored suits for dressy attire or else they are mocked because they are being faggots.

suits are pretty cancerous, i agree.

it's pretty crazy that suits have been the only acceptable dressy menswear for the century
they're not very practical at all, and there is little variance among them
why arent we all dressing like this
