Where do I start on a tight budget, anons? I'm picking up a pair of Unbranded raw jeans because a friend said they would complement my thin frame. Should I buy some v-neck t-shirts and a pair of budget sneakers for casual wear?

How do you get to 21 and genuinely not know how to dress yourself?

Alrighty, here's a photo. And thanks, the sticky is super helpful.
I have a pair of cheap Vans that are falling apart. The sticky had Supra Skytop's recommended - would they go with my beanpole frame?

Growing up in the country where Wal-Mart fashion is the limit. I also attend a college where the latest and greatest style is cargo shorts and hoodies, with flip-flops.

don't wear those

OK, thanks! That's why I come here - for the feedback. What would you recommend for my size 13 feet? (I'm 6'3.5" and 140 lbs, so I need something that matches my frame)

no get some stan smiths, they look good coming from a 6'4 140lb skeleton basically wear this

>bootcut jeans
Absolutely disgusting.
You look like you need a lot more self awareness.
Number 1 rule of fashion: Fit is king.

Sweet! Thanks. About $40 cheaper than the others on Amazon, too, so good deal.

Yeah, I grew up wearing Western boots do I got used to that cut. With some googling, it looked like I needed much slimmer cuts, so I ordered a pair of Levi 511s off of Amazon to try out, along with the aforementioned Unbranded denim.

Fit is fire

Indeed. Would a slim tee improve my look, even though I have next to no muscle?
>>11585105
It sounds like the easiest and most impactful change you could make is getting slim-fitting pants.
>>11585347
No, don't go too slim. Basic hanes tees in black, white, and grey will do nicely. And >>11585362 is right, slimmer/more tapered pants will make a big difference. Simple colors with nice silhouettes will be the way to go. Believe it or not, being 6'3" and skinny will be a big help to you. Also, as far as shoes go, look for simple stuff that goes with a lot of outfits. Vans sk8-hi/old skool and solid colored Converse are good if you're not willing to shell out a crap ton of money. You're on the right track, my man.
