6'1, 220 lbs here (Still working on my weight. Lost around 60 pounds in one year.)
I suffer from gynecomastia and that prevents me from wearing nicely fitting clothes. My tits look like left in the pic and I'm ashamed of them. The main question is, should I wear nicely fitting shirts and not give a fuck about my tits or, should I wear some baggier shirts until I get the surgery?

and nobody responded because you already know the answer

If you're that far gone that you have tiddies then give up on looking good in anything until you can lob them off.

You suffer from being fat, not gyno.
Go down to 155 or 175 if you lift a lot, then see what happens.

Have you tried those chest binders for trans guys? there's a third option
Not gonna lie; I had know idea nipples shrank.

I lost around 60 pounds and no difference. My doctor told me that I suffer from gynocomastia so..
Any answers to my actual question?

baggy yet flattering (might need to tuck if mad long), good luck with the weight loss and hope the surgery goes well

look for the loose wave jap designer threads whenewhenevey popup , maybe look at Yohji and use of different bodytypes in his models can't really think of anything off the top. probably fa/chan isnt the best place for advice regarding health and bodytypes pretty narrow views here
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in mate, I don't know how bad it is but if it's pretty mild no one will really take notice of it. I know it's easier said than done because I have it. I've had it since I was 12 (was chubby going into high school) I'm 21 now and only just been told that I can get surgery on it but it's gonna cost me 4 grand.
