I'm looking to start building up a new wardrobe, preferably on the cheap that I can replace with nicer pieces over time. I've got most of my basics down but I've been wondering how the ASOS brand jeans are? I realize they're obviously nothing special, with the cheap prices but how do they compare to Levi's? The ones I'm particularly wanting to compare are the ASOS Super Skinny in the OP, with Levi 510's, which I've owned in the past but were never as skinny as I wanted. I'm full skelly mode. I'm 6 foot tall but only 135 lbs.
Can't answer your question about ASOS. But for wanting jeans that are more skinnier than Levi's 510's, try Levi 519's or H&M Skinny Lows.
abysmal desu, low rise and made of thin cheap jegging material.

I've never bought jeans from h&m, how poorly made are they?

If they would last at least a year or so and are substantially skinny, I'd be okay with that.

The "new look" brand on ASOS has very good fitting jeans- speaking from experience.
