I've heard 100% wool causes the most sweating. And those wick socks don't work for me, they just get sweaty and stay sweaty for way longer than normal socks. I've tried some smartwool socks and I think they were the best of all but they're 15€ a piece.

Sweating is never /fa/. There are outpatient treatments to cure excessive sweating. Investigate and save up for one.
