Hand wash the cap, and let it dry on a balloon or something so that it keeps its shape. Use warm (not hot) water. Dirt and mud should come off easily if it was not rubbed in. Also, let the cap soak for a bit.

It might be as crazy as r/TheRedPill but the health issues that it can raise are actually real. Regular sexual activity is healthy, and if that isn't an option masturbation should happen. These guys are basically asking for something to go wrong in their prostate, I just don't get it. I understand the idea that porn can be harmful to one's sexual life but I think one would seriously have to be addicted to porn for that to be the case.
