Also I'm in uniform right now, my shirt has to stay tucked. Either way it wouldn't fix the problem.
Your pants are too tight

These pants are 34x32. I have a 32.5 inch waist and I'm 6 feet tall.
Your pants don't fit you at all. Neither does your belt..
Try sizes up and down on the pants. And buy the pair which hugs your waist gently. Neither squeezing nor too loose that you have to hold it up or it will fall off. Try to sit and stand. And if you feel that pants are tight at your butt or something, that means you need to get tailored pants or lose or gain weight depending on the situation.
If you are worried about length of the pants, they should touch your shoe and drape a bit.(unless you are going for a summer look.)
Same with the belt. Maybe try a dark polyester one or cut a hole in the one you have. There must be tutorials for that.
And always buy the pair that looks good on you instead of the shelf.

You said your waist is 32.5 and you are wearing 34.
Are you retarded? Go and huy something 32 or 33.
A lot of fabrics get loosened up after some wears.
Maybe you could buy 33 size and get the waist altered. I don't think it will cost you that much.
