Bros, I have a very important interview in a few hours. Consider it upper-blue collar level of employment. That said, I'm starting to freak out on what to wear. I've decided I would wear my nice dark washed jeans, casual shoes, and my black Express 1mx shirt. I'm certain I will roll the sleeves, but shall I tuck the shirt in to be professional, or leave untucked as per the common accepted fashion standard for dress shirt and jeans? Thanks for any advice. Picture is pretty close to what I'm working with.
>>
Another pic, but shirt untucked.
>>
Wear dress pants and a proper shirt with some smart shoes retard.
>>
Let me extrapolate on "upper-blue class." I'm a truck driver for a major shipping company. In this industry, you don't go in blasting a full suit, retard.

Here is a serious response:

Wearing your nice dark washed jeans is a good call. Casual shoes may be fine, depending on how casual. Don't wear sneakers. Look smart. The shoes posted in >>11144805 are fine, the ones in >>11144806 less so.

You'll want to tuck the shirt in to be professional. Leaving it untucked would be fine when you're actually *at work*, or in a casual setting, but for the interview, you'll want to tuck it in. As a general rule: for the interview, always be a bit more formally dressed than you would come in to work if you actually got the job.

Good luck on your interview!

Thank you very much! That's exactly the kind of response I was hoping for.

a suit is never too much for an interview. and if it is, then why the fuck are you worried about what you wear?

your blaming the anxiety about your interview on your clothing when in fact your simply nervous because you're a pussy.

You're not going on the piss with the lads

You're making a huge career upgrade

Have some professionalism and go with khakis or dress pants with a nice belt, not looking like a bumpkin in your shitty jeans
