Try different brands of anti-dandruff shampoo.

just scrub your head when you shower. dandruff is just dead skin so if you remove it before it gets caught in your hair then its a non issue.

Use oil based hair styling product like Murray's, Hair Tonic. Wash hair every other day with Head and Shoulder Dandruff Shampoo.

Try a honey mask.
Moisturising as shit if it's dry flakes and anti microbial if it's yeast based.

Fixed mine up

Apple Cider Vinegar dawg. Just buy some at any grocery store. Put fill a spray bottle 1/4 with Apple Cider Vinegar, rest with Water. In the shower, spray your scalp with it and wash it out thoroughly. Then shampoo and do all the normal shit. Blow dry your hair ASAP.

If you still got it, apply Apple Cider Vinegar before and after shampooing.

I've been prescribed medication, used medicated shampoo, over the counter shampoos, etc. none of it has worked

i find that if i'm particularly busy/stressed or get shitty sleep the dandruff is ridiculous, but if i sleep well my scalp is less bad

i've just accepted the fact that i'm always going to have dandruff which sucks 'cause i wear a lot of black and have to check to see if i have any dandruff on my shoulder
