Hey /fa/!!
Most of my sneakers get tore up below the heel zone after a few months, to the point that I can't wear them anymore...
Can you suggest some sneakers with great heel support? (bonus points for casual models, I want to use them at work)
Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english!

it's a problem with your gait and not with the shoes
deal with it or drastically change how you walk
Don't drag your foot when you walk. Had the same problem. Raise your knees and stop lazy walking.

Go to a cobbler and tell them to put on thin Vibram sole protectors. Cost about 30 bucks.

Buy replaceable insoles and throw them out when they start to wear out.
