I bought a pair of raf stans and a pair of white achilles low this year and they're equal in quality. They're both basically mall-tier shoes.

I think the only reason people defend CPs is because they're outside of their price range. If you can't afford to buy a new pair of CPs every year it makes sense that you would want to justify your purchase.

I like both pairs of shoes and will wear them until they're worn enough that I'll dispose of them and get something new. They both look great. CPs just aren't a high quality in terms of construction and materials, it has nothing to do with their appearance.
