Better than some might expect. On average it's still guys wearing straight leg jeans/hoody/sneakers and girls wearing long down coats/leggings/bean boots, but I'm happily surprised at the amount of people who actually appear to be consciously dressing themselves.

Very few actually interesting dressers here though, one Asian guy wears some Rick and Yohji
Of course there are tons of China kids wearing Bape/Supreme/MCM etc, none of them look good though
One white guy has a purple camo bape parka and cdg cons, also pulls off some nice fits every now and then

Besides that I haven't really seen anyone dress remotely "fashionable"

I'm also at UA. Everyone dresses like shit. Even the girls put no effort into their outfits. It's disgusting.

UCLA

It's pretty horrific. Tapered Adidas sweatpants, tube socks, and Sperries is a common look, or sweatpants and sandals. Some people wear dumb streetwear looking stuff, like Supreme flip flops instead of Adidas flip flops. Some Asian kids dresss like wannabe gangsters. There are exceptions and the odd /fa/ poster around, but it's pretty bad otherwise.

I go to Michigan State which has a huge population of students from China. Many of them very, very wealthy.

Not too bad honestly, mostly a mix of slackercore and typical frat stuff. I do so many people dressing at least alright, the most interesting stuff is worn by chinese/japanese students that come over. The best fits from that community are typically worn by people wearing Off White, minimal SLP, and HBA stuff with a bit of Rick mixed in every once in a while. Still haven't seen someone properly pull off anything Givenchy or the like without looking gaudy or faux "gangster".

People don't bother dressing up really in the summer because it's 4 trillion degrees outside and wearing anything more than shorts and a light shirt (or a sundress) will leave you soaking with sweat.

The autumn and winter is a different story. People seem to pull out the stops since it's the only time of year they can wear more than one layer of clothing.

Out of state. I like it alot, acedemics are great especially if you're going into the sciences but their biz program is great too. Besides that the campus is great, you're close to so much in the city, and everyone I've met is very easy to get along with. Would recommend :)
