JP XS (EU/US XXS) from Uniqlo Japan is my personal favourite, but as you can expect, shipping charges are crazy. ASOS (XXXS) and River Island (XXS) also work. Otherwise I just end up shopping at the kids section.

For trousers, ASOS and River Island have size 26 x 30 which fit well with a belt.

6'2 1/2 and a 34/33 inseam depending on how long the crotch is, 32 waist.
