My hair looks best/easiest to style when it's greasy or unwashed for a couple of days.
What products should I use to recreate this after washing my hair?

do you wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner? stop using products in your hair, use water only and only do a proper wash like with proper scalp scrubbing 1-2 times a week
Little bit of coconut oil

Not sure if bait or real, it sounds like something that could be totally made up.

Not bait at all look it up, work a little bit into your hair after towel drying. Coconut oil is a glorious thing

Some girl in one of my classes said something about this.

Use a real small amount of the lightest oil based pomade you can find. I use tons of different pomade regularly, I'd recommend some Royal Crown. Just use a touch if you want your hair to be stylable but look like there's nothing in it.
You can use sea salt spray (though i can't help you on the brand, live in france here) which is just MAGIC. my hairdresser showed me the product a while ago, because i have some asian origins and so very thin and straight hair which look like shit without any product. this shit changed my life dude.
