What's the best place to order one of these and how are

I looked into this today before choosing an earlier model. Theres a bunch of information on sizing, but basically know your height (obviously) and chest measurements and find a converter to find the bw sizing. Keep in mind the parkas designed to have gear and another layer underneath, so size down if you plan on going without a base layer.

Check your local milsurp shop or find one online that isnt too far, afaik Flecktarn is pretty much the easiest pattern to get
