What do you think of the whole G-Eazy look?
Back on black with hair slicked back

try hard.
i dressed like this before i found out about him except i use matte for my hair and i'm blonde
he wears a lot of shitty outfits nowadays though
Alex is more /fa/
I have my hair slicked back like that but brown and matte. I did this before I even knew who G-eazy was. It's annoying when people say I stole that look from him.

Corny, trying too hard, like those guys said.
He's trying to achieve a look that was popular with famous cool guys in the 50s and 60s, instinctually you feel like he's insecure and is just chasing a classic Hollywood image because he doesn't have one of his own, so instead of being risky and creating something interesting, he's playing it safe in the most obvious way possible. It's all very calculated, insincere, and reeks of self esteem issues.
It's the same reason why fedoras are considered cringeworthy and there's an entire joke about how young men who have social issues are called fedora tippers, because it's all of the above, but done even worse, by ugly losers.

MC Ride did it first, better.

Absolutely uninterested, played out beyond all belief (seriously didn't we leave this shit in 2011?)
You are not a rockabilly. You are not a rock star. You will undeniably look like a tryhard who keeps a comb in the back of his pocket worrying about whether or not his hair is perfectly slicked back with whatever greasy pomade shit you've decided to slather all over your scalp.
