We'll see Grime MC's collaborating with with dnb producers throughout the year as 140 beats become passé and the grime hype slowly fades. It'll start with something predictable like Stormzy or Wiley with Chase & Status, we'll see some unexpected bangers like Novelist destroying a Kasra track or Champion throwing a curveball with a 170 Bpm juggernaut featuring Riko Dan. Then it'll get more and more diluted until we're seeing Netsky ft. Tinie Tempah on MTV base.

It'll be a world-type thing. Tropical EDM/Diplo-type stuff will meld with Carribbean and African style, and there will be at least one major indie band that'll do the Vampire Weekend/Talking Heads thing really successfully

trance is really coming into popularity. Even my pleb friends who were listening to trap last year are getting into it. Trance would create a fertile ground for mainstream early 00's vaporwave-type revival. Kinda stoked.

Also, just a random thought: if by some miracle, the general population developed patrician tastes, would you still seek to go against the grain?
