How about using it on a beach or some other summer activity

its pretty much never okay. its like those dudes that wear skimpy tank tops with the arm holes cut all the neck to the waste. it never looks good and if youre in a situation where its okay to wear it, it will be okay to just take your shirt off. and your only excuse is a sunburn, which doesnt apply because of all the excess skin youre showing anyways.
