Is this a joke?
The skin on your head isn't the same as the skin on your body, it'd be like using hand soap to wash your face. You can do it, but it's not that effective and makes your skin feel like garbage.

Soap is a base and strips away a layer of skin when you use it, that's something that's true of all soaps. What's different is the pH, and soaps/shampoos are formulated to have specific pH balances in tune with the bacteria able to live on different parts of your body, and respective to the latter, on your moist dirty ass head while also keeping the hair itself clean.

Coconut water in general is pretty gross.
I'd much rather take a tablespoon of coconut oil down my throat like it's medicine.
