No.
They are all shit, made out of cotton, and cotton is the worst material for an insulating layer.
And the outdoor brands make them out of polyester, which works better, but they do ask for triple the price, and you can not wear them in civilisation.
Just get the cheapest one that fits with a pattern you like.

All Saints has some pretty nice shirts casual shirts with minimal prints. Only buy them on sale though because I wouldn't say they're worth full retail.
