Try using a volumizing shampoo. Use an airformer to dry your hair and brush upward while doing it. If that's not giving you the result you want, try products before or after drying it.

Tried using a curling iron and that didn't work at all. Curled with a flat iron and brushed through it a bit. Personally I dislike it (on me at least)but maybe it's a look someone searching for a change wants.
