Topman spray on range are quite good but the sizing is quite random so its best to go to the store and try them on. Also im pretty sure levi's dont do skin tight jeans.

Asos carry good super skinny jeans that have sizes like 26 x 30. Mine fit nice. I like them a lot and have a pair I've used for about a year now. i liked it so much I bought another pair and distressed my old pair.
