Now I sometimes take a stilnoct 10 minutes before going to sleep, knocks me right out. Sleep pattern has gotten noticably better.

Hey bro. I've got nearly the same problem as well. What helped me was realizing that staying sharp and social is draining and fatiguing. It's a struggle to keep up high standards. What helped me was to become intelligent. Read some buddhist or Nietzsche shit and suddenly you can see through it: Nothing really matters. It's all an illusion. The good part is that when you realize this and you know other people find you handsome: You can use your handsomeness to make comfy style your signature... If you think about it then the extremely beautiful and handsome people i meet dress up slightly ugly but still /fa/ because their looks/attitudes can handle it. ... But that's just my 5 cents.
