Sorry for the fairly basic question, but Google is falling short. Picture is the boiler in the place I'm staying for the next two weeks. Typically I arrived and there's no water pressure, but also no visible filling loop or even valves to connect it to. Google tells me that this model (Baxi Platinum, eurocentric model by the looks of it) often uses a rigid filling loop but from a few videos I've seen in some cases it also just connects to a valve somewhere in the apartment.

Unfortunately I've looked under sinks and in closets all over the apartment and not seen anything that could connect to it. So I'm posting this here so that someone more learned than me can tell me if I'm being an idiot and not seeing the valves that need to be connected to repressurise.
