Hi good people of /diy/. I would like to ask:

For economic reasons, I was forced to be in a family plan and was gifted a sony experia z3+ (z4 for JP users). I was seeing some themes and would like to know...In the sony page, they have a theme creator and I've been seeing around but can't find what I would like to know which is if there is a way to change certain icons to stuff that you would normally download from the internet like this for example. Is this possible with said program or is there a better one? I just want to change the home, apps (that one in the center above the home button) and the phone button.
