I want to make a hole in my club house that people can piss into and have it pumped to the ditch

Yeah it's fine, just pour some water down there when you're done to wash it off since urine is corrosive. Most small water pumps use a plastic propeller on a metal driveshaft to move liquid. So you're good on the plastic, you'll just need to wash off the driveshaft so to speak. Pic semi-related.
