What is this crap in my engine? Found it in there after opening it up since motor stopped running a while back, and it spilled out.
Lol looks like watered down rust. It should either be full of oil or packed with grease. Clean it, pack the gears with grease and seal that shit back together.

Is a 2 stroke engine kit that can be put on a bicycle. Make is "Seeutek", but I haven't found a website for them.

more pics pls
show us where the oil is supposed to be poured in

Oil goes in directly with gas tank, first 500 miles oil to gas ratio is weird (16:1) then after that it becomes 20:1
I have the same motorised bike kit. you need to add grease (not oil) to the teeth inside that cover. everything else is automatically lubed by the 2 stroke fuel you normally run.

What kind of grease?
>>1231447
just generic long term grease would work. don't bother with heatproof grease as those teeth wont get hotter than around 45 degrees when running. your local hardware store should have it

Honestly, I would have guessed the other way around.

I think you're right

Try something with moly

Red sta-plex is a good generic grease, non-acidic and medium viscosity for gear teeth. Wherever you can find in your local hardware shop in a squeeze tube will be fine cause you really don't need to waste money on a grease gun for this. Make sure you clean all the rust out with denatured alcohol and a scotch-brute pad pretty thoroughly first. You can use water instead of alcohol but make sure it's super super fucking dry before greasing it up. And don't be afraid to use too much grease.
You want moly grease in there. It also wouldn't help to use some liquid gasket around the cover to seal it. What came out was rusty water which obviously shouldn't be in there.
