I want to mod this water distiller so that i could control the heating with arduino. I want to be able to do this so that i could still alcohol with this.
Could you explain me this circuit to me?
One of the sockets connects to the wall and other one provides power external fan on top of the cooler unit.
Red thing is led and below is some kind of reset switch

theres nothing to explain really
the heater and led is in series with the thermal switch and reset
the fan is in parallel with everything
you will need a relay and a thermistor or thermocouple for the arduino

You need to learn to take more or better pictures OP. Its really hard figuring out what shit is from a shitty angle.

if the temperature is less than 150 C it might be simpler to use LM35 (or LM34 for F).

It is simple to interface and provides 10mv/degree (or something really simple like that) so an ADC can easily read the temperature

Given he wants to make moonshine he will be needin a lil less than 90 C

If OP simply needs a lower temp he could easily replace the high limit thermostat with an adjustable thermostat and skip all this nonsense about digital control.
Don't forget: run your still at 150F to lower the methanol content (i.e. discard the condensate at this temperature) before proceeding to around 175F.
