Hi DIY, I have 4 feet of vines, and I would like to know by what means I could ferment my grapes in order to make wine. (This is the first year for my vines, so the grape is not yet mature enough) thank you for your answers!

Hi anon. Italian fag here, wine producer: you must wait the end of September before you cut the grapes...anyway as far as I see you'll have maximum 30ml of wine from there..

you're going to able to make like a glass or two of wine, wait til they get larger for wine. Not just for volume but also the flavor won't develop fully until the vines are a little more mature. Start brewing on other stuff before you do your own grapes and by the time you have it down your grapes will be ready
