Hey guys, im in the market to buy a new MIG welder. Ive already got a stick and tig machine, but im looking for something thatll let me tack easily and quickly. Thats really all I want out of it, Ill rarely be running full beads. Its way too big a pain in the ass to tack shit with stick/tig since alot of the sculptures and projects I work on have small, thin parts that are often at difficult angles. Id ideally like to spend no more than $500 as I really want this thing to finish a recent commission and I dont have much more available than that right now. Im willing to go as high as $650. What machine/gas can would you recommend me picking up? I had my eye on pic related, the Eastwood MIG 135.
Ill only be awake a few more minutes, gotta get some sleep before work. Ill check back on this thread in the morning.

Get this one, or some other cheap shit on Amazon. You don't need gas if you're just using it to tack. Hobart flux wire makes almost no spatter, and is relatively cheap. For $40 on Amazon you can get about twenty years worth of wire for tack welds.
