Any idea how are these large outdoor stainless steel sculptures

Any idea how are these large outdoor stainless steel sculptures are made? It has lots of irregular shape and curves. It doesn't look like it began with a plain sheet metal. It doesn't look like it was cast from a mold either. I can't get my head around this and don't know how to find out.

Usually lost wax with a high grade ceramic slurry. How it's made shows some on the outboard motor episode.

Surface finish is almost perfect and you can make almost any shape.

Weld together.
Grind welds.
Polish smooth.

Same concept though, item has to be polished flawlessly to look good in chrome or it will show every flaw.
