I replaced a piece of roof decking, 4ft by 6ft but I forgot to leave the 1/8th in space on the long part.
I'm wondering if I should pry up the plywood and redo it or leave it as is. I would rather not have to remove it again - what's the worst that could happen?

Wood might swell and push up a bit. Bump in roof plus lifted shingles and water leak.
Why not just take skill saw, set depth to thickness of decking and cut along seam?

Thanks, that is what I have done.
The blade thickness appears to be 1/16 inch but the channel made looks wider.
