Hey /diy/.
I'm trying find a possible way to replicate the mask/helmet shown in the photo. I'm having some trouble finding some kind of display that could be used to recreate it.
I've found some examples similar to this but they all show LED's that are to big to get a resolution similar to a TV or other monitors.
Add the fact that it needs to be able to curve and to display images with relatively high resolution.
Any tips? Ideas? Is it even possible?

That's fucking hot. Probably an OLED.
The problem is seeing through it- I would add a pair of 1080p cameras, then run them to a display goggle under the mask.
The bonus is you can't have your eyeballs fried by lasers, and also can switch to infra-red viewing mode (depending on the cameras)

Thats what i was thinking too. I have seen some OLED curved and transparent displays. So an option would also be to use these displays only where the eyes are instead of using cameras.
