Does that include tools? If so I'd buy a Leatherman since it can do just about everything. We might need to saw the pipe, for example. Or someone might bring a block of cheese for snack time and we could grate some over our tacos if we buy the deluxe Leatherman edition.

what is a pipe plug? the only ones I'm familiar with have threads. Those in your pic could use caps but not plubs.

Can you buy more couplings and tees? if so you can make really nice shleves except they won't be sturdy enough to put very heavy shelf-sitters on them.

You could make a garbage bag holder to throw the extra pipe away easier.
