How to keep my terrarium cooler? It gets over 80F inside of it every day, and I want to get dart frogs, which need it below 80F.

Turn your heat lamp off and don't let your place get above 80f. Keep the terrarium out of the sun and put it in a cooler part of the house. Any other solutions would probably need active cooling
