well if turn myself into a fatass hikikomori that sure will come perfectly, but thats not the case, i work 10 h per day and got kiked out my own rented house because some "highway construction" where i lived. this will be my bedroom for a while (7 mounths or so) and i was looking for some advices to improve that time here.

I'd get a ladder with a smaller profile (rope?) or ditch the ladder entirely and then you can install some shelves for storage, books, or even a screen you can see from bed up top. Also, plants, a mirror, ambient lighting (lamp underneath, smaller lights around edge if ceiling, or some corner lamps) & decorations will make it seem less small and claustrophobic. Good luck

Paint it white (not purple or shit, too small), you dont need much paint, nor will it take long, feeling ambitious, wood slats on the ceiling (can leave as is, or also paint white), find/make new ladder (tho I dont see why existing needs to be permanently open), BUT, above all else, not a big fan of LED strips and shit, but anything would be better than the 'lighting' at present, literally anything, like a candle. Throw that to fuck, you winning already.

for that area? cheep shit wood cladding cost you near fuck all, you probably find someone local craigslist equivalent who was doing a human-sized room and had enough extra, be happy you take the rest away. Theyll (naturally..) have left the warped shit etc, but still. Honestly, that area be cheaper than you think, would have posted a link but dunno where you are, Middle Earth or whatever..
