Take one normal soft plastic shopping bad and glue crumpled up paper balls on the outside leaving room between these. Insert this in a second (preferably larger) bag, and seal the outer bad to the inner, so that no air can circulate into the inner space. This inner space is dead air spaced apart by the paper and will insulate the contents of the inner bag.
